EMAILLE
Emaille (enamel) is about consumerism, over-saturation
and the never ending hunger for more. We are addicted to
everything that is new, blinded by choices and in love with
short term satisfaction. In a world where quantity becomes
more important then quality, nothing really tastes like it
should anymore.
"I want it all, the silverware, the plates of gold. But this
tastes like copper coins."
lyrics
EMAILLE
I could eat you up I’m hungry
I could drink up all your life juices
I am not supposed to
Eat your heart out while it beats
Lick it from the cutlery
I am not supposed to
I want it all
The silverware the plates of gold, I want it all
But this tastes like copper coins
Like cotton candy on my tongue
you disappear before I’m done
You are not supposed to
Even if I had one more bite I would never be satisfied, no…
I want it all
The silverware the plates of gold, I want it all
But this tastes like copper coins
I want it all want you to
Want you to melt upon my
Want you to melt upon my tongue
I want it all
The silverware the plates of gold, I want it all
But this tastes like copper coins
